Please join us for the opening of Gerard Byrne Raw in Black & White on Thursday 6th April at 7pm at Dalkey Arts Gallery, which is located at 19 Railway Road, Dalkey.
Gerard has been working hard in the last year and these original works reveal a new side and a new direction of his work for 2006. He has done a series of charcoal drawings of local scenes and party scenes and has travelled extensively throughout Europe and India capturing the landscape and cities. Raw in Black & White reveals another level of Gerard's work. In addition to several original charcoal drawings, some of these images are reproduced as intaglio prints, and are available to purchase also.
